Print partners

Every paperback is printed to order by one of two print partners. Bookvault prints The Startup Pivot Playbook, Pricing AI Products and Who Makes Money in AI. Lulu prints The Startup GTM Diagnostic, The Startup Product Diagnostic and The Startup Diagnostics Bundle. Printing usually takes 2 to 5 business days before your book ships.

Bookvault titles

US orders ship by UPS Ground from $14.60 and usually arrive 2 to 5 business days after printing. International orders ship by tracked or untracked post, and checkout shows the rate for your country before you pay.

Lulu titles

The two diagnostic pocket books and the bundle ship to the United States and the United Kingdom by trackable mail. Standard shipping costs $8 and is free on orders of $70 or more.

Orders with books from both printers

An order that mixes Bookvault and Lulu titles ships as two packages from two printers, each with its own tracking number, and checkout shows both shipping charges before you pay.

Tracking

You get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as each book leaves the printer.

Duties and taxes

Import duties or taxes your country charges on an international order are your responsibility and are not included in the price at checkout.

Ebooks and digital toolkits

Digital products don’t ship. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email right after purchase.

Delivery problems
